Coaching for Teens, Young Adults & Parents
For teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what's next — and for the parents who want to support them.
I help young people move through stress, self-doubt, and digital overwhelm — so they can feel more confident, focused, and grounded in who they are.
No pressure, no judgment — just a calm space to figure out what's next.

What is Coaching?
"Coaching is a supportive partnership between you (the teen or young adult) and me.
-
For Teens & Young Adults: I guide you in discovering what matters most, building resilience, navigating school/future challenges, and taking confident action.
-
For Parents: I help your young person develop self-awareness, healthy routines, stronger communication, and a positive sense of self — while you get peace of mind that they're gaining tools for life."

Empowering You to Grow Your Way
Success doesn't mean ticking someone else's boxes — it means finding your way forward.
At Ard Ré Coaching, there are no quick fixes or cookie-cutter solutions. Just real conversations, calm support, and space to figure out what matters most to you.
Whether you're feeling lost, stuck, or overwhelmed, I'll help you tune out the noise and tune into your own strengths — so you can move forward with more confidence, clarity, and purpose.
You already have what it takes. I'm here to help you see it.
For Parents:
I know how much you care and want the best for your teen — even when it's hard to know how to help.
Coaching gives your young person a calm, non-judgmental space to explore who they are, build confidence, and make choices they feel proud of. And you get the reassurance of knowing they're supported, seen, and steadily growing into themselves.
We're in this together.

What to Expect from Coaching
Whether you're a teenager, a young adult, or a parent — starting coaching can feel like a big step. You might wonder what it's like, how it works, or what actually happens in a session.
The Coaching Journey – Step by Step
1. Book a Free Clarity Call
A short, 20-minute call — just a friendly, no-pressure chat to explore your hopes, questions, and whether coaching is a good fit.
2. First Session
We start where you are. You (or your teen) will share what's been going on, what you'd like help with, or what feels unclear right now. Together, we'll set a simple focus for your coaching journey.
3. Weekly Coaching Sessions
Sessions are 60 minutes, held online via Zoom or in person. This is your space to talk, reflect, learn, and grow. It's calm, supportive, and always tailored to your needs — whether you're navigating stress, decisions, mindset, or identity.
4. Progress & Check-Ins
Over time, we'll notice what's shifting — confidence, focus, clarity, calm. There's no test, just growth. For teens, optional parent check-ins (with consent) are available to help parents feel informed and supportive.
5. Wrap-Up & What's Next
At the end of your coaching journey, we reflect on what you've learned, celebrate your growth, and decide whether you're ready to wrap up or continue with new goals.
What Coaching Is (and Isn't)
Coaching is not therapy — it's forward-focused, practical, and strength-based
-
Coaching is about building tools, insight, and confidence — not fixing what's "wrong"
-
Coaching is a partnership — not advice-giving
-
You'll never be forced to talk about anything you're not ready for
-
Everything is confidential, always
You Can Expect
-
A growing sense of self-trust, clarity, and confidence
-
Tools that actually work in real life
-
Someone who listens, without judgment
A calm, compassionate space
